Barefoot Bootcamp
Are you READY to get SWEATY?? Brace yourself, yogi, you're in for some serious fun. These high-energy workouts blend dynamic mobility work, strength-training and high-intensity cardio. conditioning into a joyful, playful, and invigorating experience. Little-to-no equipment will be required for most classes; just a bit of space and your own amazing (barefoot!) body is all it takes to get these workouts done. Since these classes offer a serious challenge, it's recommended you have previous experience with working out and are free from any injuries.
